We enjoyed our stay due to the hotel's great location close to shops and supermarkets. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the hotel facilities provided us everything that we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly, and the parking was convenient.
Nothing at all.

1.Location:not very far from city center, and countdown supermarket 2.The room is new and clean.3.The parking area is good and easily accessible.3.The service is good.
1.The beds are too small. My wife was the only person who slept comfortble. My two sons and I were unfamiliar with these small beds.2.There were blind spots for WIFI, particulary at the inner side of the room. I had to sit near the door to surf the internet.

It was a nice stay. lovely hosts. nice decor , located close to restaurant and supermarkets
The bedroom are upstairs and bathroom is downstairs which is not good for older people.Probably the most rules I had ever seen at any motel I have stayed at.

The location was superb, near a supermarket, cafes for breakfast, and close to the center of town. the room was well laid out, with comfortable beds and a great rain shower. Staff was pleasant and accommodating, offering an option for softer pillows.
The shampoo and conditioner provided in the bathroom were of poor quality, leaving hair dry and frizzy.

Clean and modern with friendly staff
Blinds instead of curtains did not keep out the bright lights outside the room. Traffic noise was very noticable

Lovely not to have 70's decor. Modern, clean, light and bright
Shower was tiny

Roomy and comfy. Excellent staff and service. I recently had a business trip to a motel in Whanganui. the motel was very roomy and comfortable, offering everything I needed for a good night's sleep. the staff were friendly and provided great service, going out of their way to make sure my stay was the best it could be. the location was key, as it was located near shops and other conveniences I needed during my trip.
No negative aspects to report. I had an enjoyable experience and have nothing negative to report.

The studio apartment was lovely and we could all stay together. Beautiful fittings in the room and sufficient consumables for four.
The reception we got when we turned up early. The weekend before we had stayed in a hotel that offered to check us in early even though we couldn't access the room until later. This time we were asked to go away and come back in an hour (which was not convenient to do). We were not offered the option of checking in or even an alternative like a bag drop. Luckily we had a car and could keep our bags with us while we went to our meeting. Disappointing.

We were warmly welcomed by the lovely and friendly lady at the front desk when we arrived. The rooms were impeccably clean and tidy, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The 2 bedroom suite we stayed in was incredibly spacious, which was perfect for our kids. The shower was absolutely amazing, and it was hard to leave it. The suite had everything we needed, and the cleaning staff did an outstanding job of servicing our room and accommodating any requests. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

Trampoline and kids play area was a big drawcard, as was the adjacent cafe and location. Also nice and modern and clean.
